About the Client

The Peace Officers Memorial Foundation of Cook County (POMFCC) was established with a clear mission: to honor the law enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving Cook County's citizens.

The organization already owned its domain name but lacked a website to support its growing mission. They needed a professional online presence that could educate the public, collect donations, share information, and preserve the legacy of fallen officers for future generations.

The Challenge

When the organization approached me, they had a vision but lacked the digital tools needed to support it.

Their primary goal was to raise funds for a permanent memorial dedicated to fallen officers. To accomplish this, they needed more than a simple website. They needed a platform that could educate visitors, inspire support, and make donating easy.

The organization also needed a system that could grow with its mission, allowing it to continuously recognize and honor fallen officers without relying on a web developer for every update.

By giving the organization direct control over this information, the website becomes a living memorial that can expand alongside the foundation's mission.
